Some Bunny

My little baby girl is SIX! I swear she's even older than that though, there is no way she was only 5 just 2 days ago. She is so tall and is so great at taking care of Kohen and cleans up so well and reads everything like crazy.
For her birthday breakfast she requested homemade waffles with strawberries and whipped cream! (not cool whip) She is very accident prone though and before we could even eat she burned herself on the waffle maker and then dropped the bench on her heel, hence the red eyes.
She also wanted to have an EASTER Bunny birthday party. We compromised with a bunny party, which I think she was still happy with, and invited all of her cousins.
The lunch menu included deviled eggs, garden cups, Costco copycat pinwheels, chocolate covered strawberries, that looked like carrots, and slush!
And Kyley made the cutest bunny birthday cake!
Kasen has been drawing his own surprise eggs at school and then came home and showed Tai and now they love making surprise eggs with all sorts of things inside. So we colored and cut out bunny surprise eggs at Tai's party. Even though bunnies don't come from eggs.
We also played pin the tail on the bunny. Tai made all the tails for the game herself and they were so cute!
She jumped and giggled the whole time we sang to her. She is so cute!
We hopped and danced to the Little Bunny Foo Foo song and then opened presents.
Oliver gave her some playdoh and legos, Grandpa Kelly gave her a 200 piece Minnie puzzle (that she has already finished) and a sticker book/journal, and the Days gave her beads and bracelet string. Kennedy also made her a rainbow quilt! So special.
Kohen and Oliver were having fun putting the gift bags on their heads!
Lyndsey came by and gave Tai some nail polish and candy and Karissa's girls gave her more scribble scrubbies to play with in the bath.
I don't even know what she's smiling at, but I love how happy she is!
Grandma Melanie and Jack gave her a few paint by number kits, She gets to go on a date with Grammy Tammy and Grandma and Grandpa Forsyth gave her a beta fish that she named Rainy Rainbow! Great Grandma and Grandpa Forsyth also sent her a birthday card, making her $10 richer. We gave her a few dresses and she is a happy girl.
Now we just have to keep Kohen from trying to touch the fish... Bets on how long Rainy Rainbow will live?
