Spinach and Mushroom Smothered Chicken
I have been trying new recipes a few times a month (mostly from Pinterest) and this one was a hit! I have enjoyed cooking new things and have really been having a thing for the recipes with spinach, like Chicken Rollatini and Spinach Artichoke Pasta. Kyle told me this was the best meal I have ever made though! I love when I find things that he likes.
