Happy day when we picked Ben up from his mission in Boston!
Our family hasn't all been together since 2009 and we still won't be until Josh gets home next year. Hopefully longer if EmmaLee decides again to go! Marissa leaves in June so we are just a big happy family of missionaries!
There is nothing better for a person's life than serving a mission, but if you follow my blog then you have already read all about that.
I really enjoyed the talks I heard on Mother's Day. Some people believe that anyone can be a mother, but ability does not make you a mother. Just like men need a level of worthiness to hold the priesthood so do mothers. Being a good mother takes charity, service and sacrifice. I am so thankful for the mothers I have that I will be able to look to as examples for the day when I am a mother.
Spring semester ended and I couldn't be happier about my grades! I don't believe my grades reflect how good my photography is, but I do believe it says a lot about my dedication to follow through.
My advisor told me at the beginning of the semester that he wouldn't recommend taking 4 studio classes at the same time, but I showed him! While still working 25 hours a week too!

I like to learn and I will always do my best at anything that is worth doing. I try to be someone that does what they say they will.
School isn't that hard really when you go to class and turn assignments in on time. That is my big secret.
2 classes during the summer, 2 semesters after that and hopefully I will be done with school next
April. Can't wait!
