This month we went to $2 day at the Aquarium and Kohen loved it! "My dad brought me a sting ray in my room! It's my favorite!"
EmmaLee moved to a new house in Stansbury Park so we went to see it and Mom taught us how to bottle some of the peaches on her peach tree.
Found them blowing milk bubbles and am glad they at least put a towel down. We also spent a night trying to learn how to blow bubble gum bubbles. Tai was able to blow a few good bubbles too! Kasen is still learning and Kohen swallowed his right away.
Kohen got to play with bubbles in his bubble mower he got for his birthday though. Bubbles all around!
All the sleeping kids. Kohen cuddling me in front of the fire, while I watch my show at night. Tai on her way home from school completely wiped out. And Kohen transitioning out of his sleep sac now that he can roll over and just wants his arms out of it.
I love all these little nuggets. I can't believe they are mine. Even though they drive me crazy!
Had a mission reunion dinner at Sweet Spot Cafe, where we ate pastels, coxinhas and suco de maracuja. Always fun to catch up with friends!
While I was away at my girls night Kyle took all 4 kids out by himself for the first time! They went to Kasen's flag football game and then with his family to the Utah State Fair.
Thank you Kyle for being such an incredible Dad and Husband!
The next day Mom Annette came with me and we went to help Grandma and Grandpa Forsyth bottle peaches this year. Grandpa turned 93 on the 10th and I can't believe how much he is still getting around. He takes his walker down the back steps, to his riding lawn mower and drives it all around the yard, to the garden and all the peach trees. Kohen calls her "Great great great Grandma". She is pretty great.
Grandpa took us to the garden to pull some carrots to take home and Kohen was elated! He loves eating carrots and was so excited to pull them up and eat them right then and there. Grandpa and Kohen had a good little conversation about how Grandpa's eyes are brown and Kohen's eyes are blue.
Thank you for always sharing so much yummy garden food with us. We love our Grandmas and Grandpas.
-Tai lost her 7th tooth. And also her fish... When I asked the kids to say something, before flushing it to it's porcelain paradise, Kasen said, "We wish you were a dog!"
-Kasen and Tai also had their primary program this month and all of my parents came to watch them. It was a good day to come, because after the primary program both Kasen and Tai gave talks in primary that the Grandparents got to stay for too.
-And I got to sing with the Stake Choir at Stake Conference (Still have no idea how to read music...)
-When it was raining, a super nice woman helped me load my groceries into our car at Costco.
It's been a good September :)
