Lion King Jr. and Electricity

In October Kasen tried out for his first school play and was cast as part of the vocal ensemble in Lion King Jr. He's been going to rehearsals twice a week since then and this week they performed. And it was an incredible production! Much better than I was anticipating from an Elementary school play for sure.

Kasen says he definitely wants to audition for the school play next year too. His favorite things were having fun, feeling proud and being seen.

His friends Curtis and Daisy were also part of the cast.

He had people there to support him every night of shows and seeing his face light up when he found me in the crowd is one of the best feelings!

Kohen got to play basketball this winter with Bryson and Owen. They were on team Electricity!

Once they moved the basket down lower Kohen made 2 baskets and was SO excited.

 "I didn't get any scores and now I did!"

He loved going to his practices and kept telling me how much fun it is to play basketball.
