Tai Lynn Meets Santa 'n' Stuff

Neither of my kids got to see Santa last Christmas so this was Tai's first time meeting Santa, when we went to the Forsyth Family Christmas Party.
By the way, when it comes to Santa, my opinion is that unless you have a real beard you have no business getting paid to tell kids that you are Santa Claus. Also, I refuse to pay money (like at the mall) to see Santa.
Anyways, Tai did awesome hanging with the Claus'. It was Kasen that wouldn't sit on his lap! I had even tried prepping him for it for a few days, but finally he at least walked over to stand by him and gave Santa a high five AND knuckles when we were done!
Tai officially drank the last bottle of breast milk that she will ever drink!
The liquid gold is gone, but we made it a year.

Also, this is legit how she opens her mouth to eat her food now! It is super duper hilarious to watch.
This week we also went to see the Tree of Life at Draper Park. It was pretty spectacular!
And our neighbor across the street, Lindsay Gneiting and Knox came with us. Kasen had fun running up and down the hill in his boots, with his little hands in his pockets to stay warm.
He wanted to touch the lights, but couldn't quite reach the tree. He got to touch some when we walked through the light tunnel though!
We went to Starbucks after and got some carmel apple cider. I don't even remember the last time I got some, but it is SO good!
Our Christmas tree I Spy game continues thanks to Kasen.
And he's still all about doing cheers! Their twin puppies get Cheers, our same food- Cheers! And when we are both wearing pajamas he chest bumps me for a Cheers too!
Today I got to go see Dakota graduate from Weber State University with a Technical Writing English Degree! I'm so proud of him! I think it was the first time I've seen Tai clap too!
We also settled a debate. Jacob says Dakota can't be my favorite cousin because Dakota is his favorite cousin. I said it's okay cause Jake is probably Dakota's favorite, BUT if you look in Dakota's contacts I am listed as "fav cuz amber" WIN!
Kasen and Evva were so cute today! I told him to hold her hand so he took it and walked her down to show her the snow.
And even stopped a few times on the way back to get down and lick some of it...
We got to see Naomi for a little while too. "Hooray!" It's so cute how she calls him Kase. I love it!

I'm going to miss them when they move to Washington next week!
Good luck and Congratulations!
