What Kasen has lost, Kohen has found! Kasen lost his second tooth on Thursday and those are the very two teeth Kohen has. They are like 2 pieces of a puzzle. It will be interesting to see how long their mouths continue to mirror each other!
Friday night we cashed in one of our Christmas presents by seeing Les Mis at the Hale Center Theater! It was epic. I have seen Les Mis at Capitol Theater, Tuacahn and now at HCT and I think HCT has been my favorite. Being on the second row probably helped that too. Plus their stage is especially incredible. I even own 2 versions of Les Mis movies, but that night was the first time realizing that Eponine is NOT named Ebony.... It was a good date night because it was the first time we've both left Kohen at the same time AND we went out to eat all you can eat sushi. 7 rolls. Boom.
The next day Tai got to come with me to Krista's bridal shower. She is just my favorite. Even when she tells me my teeth are yellow and that I need to brush them. I love how she sings her prayers now and counts down the days until she gets to go to preschool. I let her paint her nails all by herself for the first time this week too. She still can't say "oo" words like school, stool or cool or the words like curl, squirrel or whirl, but she is super cute when we get her to try. She is saying her "sh" words amazingly now though! Go Tai! Kasen even tries to help her and has been helping her learn how to read. I LOVE seeing him reading books to her.
For Easter we got a 300 piece puzzle that we spent one night doing together. It even held the kids interest the entire time we put it together! We'll definitely have to get more puzzles because we all had so much fun.
