9 Months Old: Part 2

This morning Kasen had his 9 month check up.

He weighs 20 pounds now! 

And doesn't have to take his iron supplement anymore!  That's him chewing off his bandaid from getting his finger pricked, didn't even cry.

 

9 months in and 9 months out!

 I stayed at my dad's house last week while Kyle was at training so Kasen has been practicing going up the stairs.  He doesn't know how to turn around to go down though so when he gets to the edge he sits up and cries for me to come get him.

 Recently Kasen thinks it funny to bonk his head against the wall.  He looks at us, smiles, then bumps his head against the wall again! He's done it with our headboard too, so weird!

 He still laughs like a little lamb and we love it!

We played on the grass one day too and putting him on a blanket is the perfect play pen! He doesn't like touching the grass and pulls his hand back every time he thinks about it.

 For our March Temple date we went to the Payson Temple.  It's the 5th temple we've been to this year!  We also got to go to the second session of the Provo City Center Temple dedication the next day.

 This year I got myself an Easter dress at my friend's LulaRoe party! 

AND I finally found some shoes to wear to church! (Even though I feel like a giraffe and might be taller than Kyle…)

AND I got a pedicure with Kyley and Melanie so I have been WAY too pampered this week!

I guess that is alright every once in a while though :)

 Kyle is so good to us.  I'm so grateful I have him as my person.

I loved being able to spend some time up north last week because I got to visit with a lot of my friends and meet some of their babies!

I visited Katey, went to dinner with Whitney and met Lucy, went to breakfast with Jaycee and Cozette and met Scarlett, then we hung out with Jon and Sydney, where Kyle beat us all at our game of Clue!
