Monday night Kasen and Tai got to go to their first Parade! Kyle had to work at the Riverton parade so we went up to watch it on the grass in front of the Police Department, while he had to block traffic at the next intersection.
Kasen loved the laffy taffy so much that I'm pretty sure that he ate a couple of them with the wrappers still on.
Something that has been on my bucket list since forever is to ride in a hot air balloon. I don't remember when I decided, but it still seems so fun and for years I always wanted to go to a hot air balloon festival too, but never knew when or where they were.
I guess it took having 2 babies to figure it out, so that I could also wake them up at 4am to go see the balloons with me! PS- The balloon festival is in Provo at 6am on the Fourth of July.

Kyley and Jordan's family came with us!
Afterwards we went to Kyley and Jordan's house and the kids played outside in the water. Kasen loves chasing people down and squirting them with the hose, it was so funny watching them play outside!
We hung out at a park for a little while too while some of the fam played bocce ball on the grass.
We grilled some burgers, ate some watermelon and then went out on the boat to sing loud to Fourth of July music and watch fireworks going off all over the county!
With the bugs. There were lots of bugs. And birds.
The boys liked feeding the birds crackers so they followed the boat all around the lake!
