She's 9 Months Old today folks!
Hopefully we've passed the point of her eyes changing color right?!
On August 26th we saw her first little tooth pop through there on the bottom! This week her 2nd one came in so now she has TWO!
She's started clapping a little bit and still crawls by pushing off with her one foot and using the knee of her other leg.
She's also been holding her own bottle and still getting stuck between the bars of her crib despite the bumpers along the perimeter!
Today for the first time EVER she fell asleep in our arms, well Kyle's arms to be exact, but we were so stoked! We were actually able to enjoy Regional Conference today :)
KASEN is a smarty pants!
He can put his shoes on by himself (usually backwards), sings Twinkle Twinkle Little Star by himself, and said his first prayer with me!
I don't know how or why, but for some reason whenever I start the serious counting he listens to me and it's AWESOME. I hope that lasts cause I love it.
He says, "watch me" all the time now and will tell us he's "hungry", especially when it's nap time and he wants to come out of his room.
He hits things together and says "cheers" because that is what he thinks it means.
Whenever he sees me reading the Book of Mormon he says "Jesus owie" because I showed him that picture in the front of my BOM.
When he gets hurt he says, "good" if he's alright afterwards.
He says "I love you" to a lot of new things, like his meatballs and Peeka.
He likes floating on his back in the bathtub, holding Tai, dancing, "running" on the treadmill (which consists of walking for a minute and then finding things to put on the treadmill so he can watch them slide off), jumping off the couch or the couch cushions, trying to ride Peeka, and pulling off little pieces of his diaper so that Tai can find them and put them in her mouth.
I put him in his room for a nap and now that he's tall enough to turn on the light, he played in there for 3 hours before finally falling asleep on the floor! He's getting good and building his train tracks though.
Love these 2 little wild things!
