Elsa and Spiderman

Kyle and I found these mask capes in Ensenada and brought them back for Kasen and Tai and I love watching them run around in them!
Tai can never figure out how to match her eyes to the holes so she ends up walking into the walls all of the time and I am so mean that I laugh at her when she does it.
Kasen was cracking me up trying to do Spider man fingers. He was trying so hard and getting so upset that he didn't know how to do it. I'm still teaching him how to hold the right fingers down.

Baby Tai
We got back from our cruise and Tai seemed so much bigger to me.
She had a little bit more hair. Just a little bit! And her 4 teeth that had been growing in were almost all the way down. She has also been calling me "Ammmer" more. She's awesome at eating cereal in a bowl with milk too.
  • She likes to pretend that she is a frog. She crawls around like a baby, but say's "Ribbit, Ribbit!"
  • I read and then sing to her at night, but sometimes in the middle of my song she says, "bed night night." I guess when she is sick of hearing my voice. lol
  • Her favorite book to read at night is Sheep or Rabbit.
  • She points out all the church buildings when we drive and says "upple upple" until I turn and say church.
  • We have had lots of flys and I spend breakfast time killing all of them with a fly swatter. So now whenever Tai sees one she says, "Fly! Mom, hit it!"
  • She makes the funniest Chris Farley face with her shoulders up and face pulled back so you can see her double chin, grinning as big as ever. Cracks me up every time.
  • She counts 1-2-3 and has started tacking on other random numbers after that.
  • I love how she says "no thanks" and "elcome!"
  • The more time she's spent with Kyle lately the more she's been saying, "kiddin me?!"
 Kasen Boy
  • When Tai cries he tells me she is being dramatic.
  • But when he is upset he will sometimes go to his room and tell us to "Leave me alone!"
  • He still takes naps usually but it works better if I tell him it doesn't have to be a big nap, just a little nap. So he'll wake up and tell me he just had a little nap. Just this week we decided to stop the naps though because he's been staying up too late when he takes them. Bye naps!
  • Once in a while we ask him to pick up his toys before bed and he will pick up the entire front room! Spotless. I love it.
  • He's big into asking me lately "What letter is for..." and then say a word. Luckily he only goes on for a few words at a time, but today when he was done he said, "Great job mom, you know all the things."
  • Sometimes when he asks about something he'll then say "I never.....before." Like "I have never eaten chocolate before!" Yes, Kasen. Yes you have.
  • Kyle taught him how to say Incredibles and I love how he stops to really say it slow now. "In.cred.i.bles"
  • I've taught him about not picking scabs cause it helps him not to bleed anymore so last time he fell and was bleeding he came to me crying saying, "I want a scab!" Then I taught him about patience...
My mom and dad took me to Zupas for my birthday the week after we got home from our cruise. Mom brought the kids a cute little Halloween package and they had fun painting and playing with the stickers. My dad also brought my some straw bales for my Halloween Mini sessions coming up!
Thank you mom and dad!
We also stared Spooks in our neighborhood that week! I let Kasen come with me and he was so excited to spook his friends and be sneaky sneaky! He picked out his cowboy boots to run fast and then we waited till it got dark to go leave treats on our friends doorsteps! Kyle thinks I'm a super nerd cause I get SO happy when I see that it's been passed on to other houses!
Holiday fun is just the best.
