Creepy

For Christmas Kyle got me tickets to see 2 plays at Hale Center Theater so Monday night we saw our second one, Phantom! Definitely added to all the birthday celebrating we've been doing lately cause we stopped for dinner at a new place called Sushi Ya. We always love the all you can eat sushi places because we order at least 6 rolls when we go.
I found out though that there are 2 different Phantom musicals. This one was not the Andrew Lloyd Webber version with music from the movie, Phantom of the Opera. So I didn't know any of the music, but it was still a good show!

Then last night we used the tickets that Kyle got me for my birthday to go see comedian, Drew Lynch (from America's Got Talent) at Wiseguys! I love comedy shows.
This time we stopped for dinner at Texas Roadhouse. I've been able to eat at pretty much every favorite restaurant I have these last 2 weeks. I hardly ever eat out so eating all the yummy food makes for a very special birthday week!

I've also been taking all the pictures for the A Step Ahead Preschool classes again this year! There are 5 classes and Kasen is in one of them so it was fun photographing all his little friends he's made and see them run to hug each other.
This picture is our family, each of us drawn in our favorite color. The little people he draws are adorable. I love him.

Isla Ann was born on October 1st so the next day Emma came with me to meet her and visit Dakota and Natasha in the hospital. She and Clark will be Irish twins since he doesn't turn 1 until the 24th!
I survived Thursday because I have amazing ladies in my life. I was running errands (which included officially having everything we need for all 4 of our Halloween costumes!) and when I was almost home my tire popped. All the way flat! I tried using the air compressor we have in our car, but it wouldn't blow up the tire. So I left my car on the side of the road and Amy picked me up. Then when Lindsay saw my car on the side of the road she called and offered to help me too, well volunteered Trevor to get the tire off, find out that we do have a spare and put it on for us. Best neighbors ever!
We just bought 4 new tires earlier this year. Luckily Kyle got the warranty so it got replaced for free.
I had also taken the kids to pick out Halloween decorations at the Dollar Store earlier that day because when they saw the houses around us all decorated they asked if we could decorate for Halloween too! I got out my 2 decorations and it just wasn't cutting it. So we spent $9 at the Dollar Store and got a spider web, bats, skeletons, a ghost and a couple other things. Kasen and Tai were so excited! So worth it. And now Kasen tells everyone that our house is CREEPY.
Costumes are coming together. I'm so excited!
And Kasen was also super excited about doing SPOOKS again this year. Usually I carry him with me to the door and try to run away fast enough, but this year I sent him to the doors by himself and then had him run to me and Tai to hide with us! It was perfect. I also told him to wear his Spiderman mask... Too many people with cameras on their Ring doorbells out to ruin our Halloween fun!
