First we started off the week with our monthly temple date to the Logan Temple this month!

Then on Wednesday we dyed eggs with Grandma Tammy!
These whisks were the best idea ever for them to decorate their eggs!
She also got them some little treats in an Easter bucket and we had a little Easter egg hunt. Kasen's first one!
Afterwards we played in the backyard for a little while. Kasen LOVES Naomi's swing. Kyle holds him up as high as it will go, Kasen leans back and then when he is ready he says, "GO!"

Naomi prefers the chalk, but still rode in the swing for a little bit!
Also, I'm pretty sure I broke my hand last night. I was walking by a chair and accidentally punched it, heard lots of crunching noises and it's been hurting ever since!
Then for the first couple hours this morning Kasen kept waking up crying saying, "hurt" and "giss". He wanted me to kiss his neck cause it hurt, but I could not figure out why. He didn't have a fever.
We went to the doctor's this morning (alone with 2 kids and a broken hand) and they are guessing he could have a virus? We got him some numbing suckers though since he wouldn't eat breakfast! Yay! We're thinking that he's injured his neck though, not a sore throat, because he doesn't turn his head all the way to look. Better than having some unknown virus!
Dinner menu for tonight: Egg Salad Sandwiches and Rice Cereal for Tai for the first time!
Did you get your hand looked at to see if there is any real damage? Firm wrapping with an elastic bandage will help it feel better while it mends or until you get it looked at. Let me know if you think you might need me to come down and give you a hand. It's miserable trying to be a mom when you are in pain.
