We had a wonderful Fourth of July week here!
Monday we went to our traditional, July drive in movie night and it finally didn't rain on us!
Going to the drive in is the real reason I let Kyle get a truck because the only good way to do a drive in is in the back of a truck! Then you can take a sweet nap if the second movie gets boring :)
We saw Incredible 2 this year, but didn't stay for Star Wars because neither of our kids were asleep by then.

These cute little friends are my favorite!

Monday we went to the dentist (it was Tai's first time) and found out that Kyle has his first cavity EVER! He made it almost 30 years never having a cavity and this week his body has begun to fail him. He's so sad.
Later we went to Presley's 1st birthday and got to go swimming at their pool!

Then it was the Fourth of July!
We went swimming in our backyard pool and had some Popsicles in the morning, super chill.
Her eyes! Piercing
And they were so stinkin cute eating them too! I love how they make sure to get every last bit of juice out of them.
Red tongue!
We got so lucky with the best neighbors when we moved to Eagle Mountain! I love that all of our families are best friends. We had a Fourth of July BBQ in the Eason's front yard and a few other families came to join us too! It was so fun and we had front row seats to 3 great firework shows.
Tuesday night Lindsay and I went running around 10pm and saw a couple good firework shows during our run the night before too, Bonus!

The kids did a little flag parade with their glow in the dark flags.
I think we need a trampoline... Kasen loves it! And I would have sleepovers with him on it ALL of the time!
Yay sparklers!
And Tai loved watching the big fireworks! Whenever there was a pause she'd say, "Gin!" (again)
When it was bedtime Kasen had to go to bed with his glow bracelets on each arm. They had so much fun. Having kids just makes holidays so much more fun.
I love this country and am proud to be an American!

Yesterday we had our bi-annual sister date/sleepover! Just missin Marissa, but we ate pizza, went and got shaved ice, Steph caught a lizard and then we just talked until 1am. Probably learned a little too much about one another, but that is what slumber partays are for.

I found a trampoline frame behind my brick shed. We should put it together and see if it's worth salvaging.
