The March

I accidentally broke one of my own major rules today, which is do not go anywhere during spring break! I reserved tickets to the butterfly biosphere before I knew it was spring break and man was it packed! But we survived.
 My "buzzy buzzy bee"
*She knows how to open doors now AND doesn't suck her thumb anymore! For a little while she'd ask us to put "icky" on her thumbs at night. Haha
Yesterday we went to the park with Cooper and Beckett though and it wasn't as crowded as the Butterfly Biosphere was. Kasen had fun running away from sharks on the pirate ship and climbing all over everything.
We've still been mostly playing inside though because I am a baby and still think it's too cold to play outside. We've tried riding bikes and have been to the park a few times, but it mostly makes me angry to be cold.
So we color (inside our bellybuttons apparently), play with playdoh, and make necklaces out of fruit loops! When we did go to the park I pushed Tai in the swing for over an HOUR though so I'm not totally selfish... And we went to Coconut Cove twice with our friends- for 3 hours. I love Coconut Cove. For the selfish reason of being able to sit there while my kids have the time of their lives and not having to pay for myself to be in there watching them.
Their cereal of choice for breakfast is Marshmallow Mateys though. And for some weird reason Kasen has to find both a fixed and a broken marshmallow before I can pour the milk in...
His favorite color is now orange.
We've spent some time up North with my moms family a couple more times last month, after getting together for my Grandma's birthday. My mom's cousin, Jason and his family were in town from Texas so Kasen got to play with his new friend, Jake, who is actually my second cousin. Then the week after that we went up for my cousin Hayden's wedding.
Saturday I invited Mom to breakfast for her birthday so we all went to IHOP.
HBD Mom!
Later that day we also got to go celebrate Charly's birthday with her at her super cute Bunny birthday party! Tai loved holding the bunnies!
I love how whenever I ask her what a bunny says she starts hopping.
Yay for cousins and yay for birthdays! 2 of my most favorite things.
And thank you Kyley and Lyndsey for taking some pictures, my very most favoritest thing!
My kids were loving the yummy peeps on a stick and the carrot rice crispy treats.
Best news though- I've been trying so hard to reach my goal of running 5K in under 30 minutes and Saturday night I finally did it for the first time! 29:29 minutes- So Happy!
We completed one other goal yesterday too though!
Kyle bought us a Crimson King Maple tree and planted it in our backyard so we can have some shade in a couple more years! Woo woo!
