Marissa told us about a fun new splash pad while she was visiting last week! So we all went to play with Ashley and Cozette at Harvey Park. Marissa and Steph also came with us to round II at the Saratoga Springs Hot Springs, or the cesspool as Kyle likes to call it. Haha I don't care. I like going to the hot spring.
Tai was so excited to take Kohen on all the fun things at the park, but all Kohen ever loves to do is find the rocks. Just like Kasen and Tai, I have another rock collector.
A couple days later Aunt Stephanie invited us over to go swimming at her apartment in Orem! We had the whole pool to ourselves.
I had a proud mom moment that day because Miss Tai, who wouldn't even bob her head under the water for THREE weeks of swimming lessons is now jumping in from the side of the pool! Not only that, but I let Kasen take off his water wings and he was cannonballing into the 5ft end to get their googles (yes, we convinced them to ditch the goggles) off of the bottom of the pool and then swimming to the edge.
They are 100% my kids too because I STILL plug my nose every time I jump in the water. Mr. Kyle Swimteam makes fun of me every time, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to jump in without water shooting up into my nose and tickling my brain!
Kohen was living his best life, floating on the water with a drink in his hand and the cutest wrinkly toes that I ever did see.
