Then Tai wearing her baptism dress, holding her baby blessing dress, that my mom also made out of her wedding dress.
Tai asked for her hair to be in a crown braid for her baptism and I don't even think she knows that's how my hair was done on my baptism day too!

Kyle said that in the font Tai was nervous and was kicking her leg. He was worried she was going to stick it out of the water when he laid her back, but it stayed down!
While the kids were up singing their musical number, Kohen kept hiding then popping up again. Kyle and I were both trying to tell him to stop. At the end of the song he lifted both his arms up and everyone hears him tell Kyle, "I had to stretch dad!"
Kasen gave the talk on the Holy Ghost and I was so impressed with how well he did! He went in my room and wrote his talk and when I asked him where he got the idea to use a blanket to wrap around Tai like the Holy Ghost, he said he thought of it. I helped him find a couple scriptures to use, but he did it all himself and it was fantastic.
During her confirmation these were some of the things Kyle told Tai:
Your Father in Heaven loves you and is so happy with the decision you made today. As you start this path of discipleship the Holy Ghost will be there for you in your times of need as well as times of joy to support you. Learn what the Holy Ghost feels like, know how he talks to you. He will guide you through important decisions in your life. Use your talents to care for people. Choose good friends and rely on the foundation of the gospel. You will be a light to those around you. Let the Holy Ghose guide you to the temple. It will be a beacon for you and you will feel Heavenly Father's presence there. Your family loves you. Do all you can to follow your Father in Heaven.
Afterwards our families came back to our house to have soup! Tai requested her favorite, Shepherds Pie Soup, Kyle made his chili, Grandma Forsyth made chicken gnocchi and Heidi made a chicken noodle soup for us too. I have such amazing people in my life helping me do everything.
A big thanks to Kyle too for taking the kids to see Moana 2 the night before so I could get ready for the party.
It was such a special day and I hope she will remember feeling so loved and that Jesus will always be there to walk with her.
