Photography Locations, Utah



 Here are a few location ideas from places I have done photo sessions before, but I am always ready to try new places too!
*Travel fees apply to any location farther than 30 miles from Eagle Mountain.

Union Station and 25th Street, Ogden

Botanical Gardens, Ogden
Gazebo, stairs, paths, evergreen trees, flowers etc.
 
Farmington Pond

Albion Basin (Little Cottonwood Canyon) 
Mountain scenes, evergreen trees and flowery fields
(As of 2018 Albion Basin requires a $125 permit to shoot) 

Temple Quarry Trailhead (Little Cottonwood Canyon)

Bair Creek Trail, Fruit Heights
Stream, small bridge and tall grass

Saltair, The Great Salt Lake


International Peace Gardens, SLC
Gardens, trees and different structures for backdrops

Highland Glen Park
Trails, benches, wood fences, pond, docks, grassy areas and a field of tall grass

 Lambert Park, Alpine
Gorgeous poppies around May or June, grove of trees and wood fences
(requires a little bit of a walk to get up there, now that motorized vehicles can't drive right up to the park)


 Jordan River Trail, Lehi

Loch Lomond Pond, Saratoga Springs
Small pond, tall grass, logs and a bench with a small sandy beach area


Thanksgiving Point
 (Shooting inside Ashton Gardens requires a $125 shooting fee, the photos below are outside of the gardens though)

Eagle Mountain, City Center



American Fork Amphitheater
 Evergreen trees as well as a large amphitheater
*The amphitheater can be reserved so if you are wanting this location I will check the availability on their calendars first.


 American Fork Canyon
*$6 to drive up the canyon

Tibble Fork Reservoir, American Fork Canyon
Mountain scenes with evergreen trees, the reservoir with a dock and beach areas
  Anderson Park, Pleasant Grove
Small bridge, benches, trail and a large grassy area


Apple Orchard, Pleasant Grove



Nielsen's Grove Park, Orem
Yellow barn, fountain and garden area

Mt. Timpanogos Park (Mouth of Provo Canyon)
Pavilions, grassy areas and paved paths

Stewart Falls Trail head (Provo Canyon)
Mountain scenes, trails and aspen trees

Vivian Park (Provo Canyon) 
Pond, paved trail, railroad tracks, train and a bridge

South Fork Park (Provo Canyon)
Variety of trees, a stream and the red pavilion

Riverwoods, Provo 
Beautiful blossoms in April and a bridge


Provo Main Street

Utah Lake, Provo Marina 
Docks as well as a bridge, benches and tall plants along the river
*$2 per person to walk in

River Bottom Park, Spanish Fork
Grassy fields, paved path and bridge


Payson Canyon
SUU Campus, Cedar City
 Evergreen trees, red rocks and benches as well as buildings and stairs for an urban scene
